I want to personally thank you for your business with Simple Sparrow. I hold the privilege of having been able to know each of you a little better through our collaboration on artwork that you either house or have gifted to another. Many who know me personally understand that this business is a complete blessing to me, as it truly has been by the Grace of God that I have been able to grow and survive as a working artist. It has been two years since I first felt God lead me to consider such an entrepreneurship, one year and 8 months since my first commission, 10 months since Simple Sparrow debuted as an online entity with a website and blog, and just 4 months since becoming an official corporation. Looking back, I can't help but revel in the miraculousness of it all. With only two college-level art courses under my belt, there were many times I stopped halfway through a piece, completely frustrated to keep hitting brick walls in the work, and found myself begging the Lord to walk me through it. (Some of you received 2nd or 3rd drafts because of this process :) ) I have definitely been stretched by this work as an artist and also as a person. The past 2 years have been an extreme test of faith for me. I want to thank you, because whether you realized it or not, God has used each and every one of you to demonstrate his steadfast love and provision.
I must say that I usually scrunch up my nose at promotions... But I also want to offer those of you who really appreciate Simple Sparrow artwork and also know those who might, to be rewarded for your past, supportive commissions.
"Birds of a Feather" Thank you Special entitles you and 2 friends (or 3 commissions total) to receive a Simple Sparrow commission for 20% discount. You (and guests) may redeem this credit by emailing SimpleSparrowArtistry@Gmail.com or by Facebook messaging the Simple Sparrow Art page, using your name as a validation. This offer is valid through the remainder of 2012.
Again, I cannot express enough how each commission has played a part to build hope and trust. I am truly grateful. I can only pray that the art has blessed you in at least a small measure of the great way you have blessed me.
Living Simple Sparrow,
